This is FSG's kickoff fundraiser! This is a great time to get your wrapping paper for the holidays! You will find fair prices and exceptional quality throughout the extensive product line! This is a dynamic campaign that lasts only a few weeks. Out of town family and friends can purchase items directly online at www.sallyfoster.com to help raise even more funds for Silver Gate!

Every Friday is School Spirit Day! A complete assortment of t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and more is available for order all year long.

Ryan Bros. Coffee Fundraiser
Delicious, fresh-roasted, hand-crafted, gourmet coffee for purchase! This is a great opportunity to order for yourself, your company, or for holiday giving!
Harvest Festival Come celebrate the new autumn season! The Harvest Festival is a perfect family event loaded with fun activities for everyone - carnival games, prizes, music, a pumpkin patch, face painting, Haunted Hallway, and much more!
Red Ribbon Week This week is dedicated to educating our kids about making healthy choices that do not involve alcohol, cigarettes and drugs. Special assemblies and activities are planned to promote healthy living!
Goodies for Grandparents This is a very special morning dedicated to the Silver Gate Grandparents and their Grandchildren. Breakfast goodies are served at 7:30am in the quad area and after kids can take them on a quick tour of their classroom!

Classroom Mini Grants FSG supports our teachers by the annual giving of mini-grants to supplement their classroom needs and curriculum.
Yearbook The memories created at Silver Gate last a lifetime and are forever recorded in this special book. Pictures are always appreciated!

Jog-a-thon This is a favorite event for all students at Silver Gate. Students campaign through friends, family and neighbors to raise money for each lap they run. This event is one of our most successful fundraisers of the year.

Gator Night Out This is a special evening for kids who worked hard in raising $100.00 or more at the Jog-a-thon. This fun filled event includes dinner, games and a movie!
Donuts & Dads Kids and Dad's love this popular morning function! Dad's rise and shine early and get the kids ready for school so you can stop by the quad area for a cup of coffee and a donut before class starts.

Sock Hop Hey Daddy-O....get ready for this 50's themed sock hop! Kids and Parents have a blast dressing up in their 50's outfits for an evening of dancing, food and fun! Special events and prizes are planned throughout this fun filled evening!

Silent Auction This is the largest fundraising event of the school year and is designed to fund our Eco-lab! All parents are encouraged to attend and to invite friends & family to join in on the festivities!

Muffins for Mom's This morning function is fun filled for both kids and their mom's. Before class stop by the auditorium for fresh muffins, coffee and juices while being entertained by the talented Silver Gate Students!
Teacher Appreciation Week Silver Gate Elementary celebrates our teachers! We are so fortunate to have a high excellence in teaching that we have dedicated this entire week to say "Thank You"!
Scholastic Book Fair A perfect opportunity to build your children's home and school libraries! A percentage of every dollar spent on Scholastic Books is given back to the Silver Gate library to be used to purchase books! Teachers also have a "wish list" of books needed to fulfill their classroom book collection.

Gator Olympics This event marks the end of a successful school year for Silver Gate Students! Each classroom participates in the several different events throughout the day which include: athletics, self esteem building, an entertaining assembly and rotating skills activities with emphasis on fun.
Volunteer/Leadership Luncheon This annual event is to recognize the efforts made by all volunteers who have given their time and energy into making Silver Gate so great!

Tile Project Your child can create a personalized tile at Claytime Ceramics in Ocean Beach that will become part of Silver Gate history! All tiles are affixed around the campus to help enhance the beauty of our school.
Souplantation Night Join your friends and family for a healthy dinner at the Souplantation! This night is a great way to meet other families and support our school at the same time! Souplantation donates a portion of the night's Silver Gate's receipts back to us!

Washington Mutual The WaMoola for Schools program offers a convenient and simple way for everyone to use their everyday purchases to help Silver Gate raise funds! Designate Silver Gate as your school of choice and Washington Mutual will donate a percentage to our school!
Box Tops for Education Another easy way to help earn Silver Gate Elementary playground equipment and other items! Clip the Big Pink Box that reads BOX TOP from hundreds of product packaging by General Mills The collection box is in the school office!
